LTA is the first fully online service that allows you to order from the best restaurants and food suppliers on Lanzarote.

Lanzarote Take Away connects diners with a variety of restaurants available near them. They can order food and get it delivered at their doorsteps or choose to pickup at the establishment. The portal allows you to pay with credit card.

If you’re logged in, you’ll see the status of your order on your account dashboard  under "Your orders." 

Contact the restaurant or Customer Care if you still need help. Check your order confirmation email for the restaurant’s phone number.

In some cases, yes. Restaurants may require a minimum order amount for delivery. There’s never a minimum for pickup orders. Keep in mind that delivery fees, tax, and tip don’t apply to order minimums in most cases.

Some restaurants apply a small fee to online orders, please keep in mind many restaurants offer a reduced price menu for online orders.

Of course. We encrypt your payment information the moment you press the "Order" button to ensure that your information is sent securely.

As a side note we don´t file your credit card details

First thing IS TO REGISTER. You can do that on the "Register" button on the top right corner  here

  • You will receive an email with you username and password
  • Login to your account where we advise you change the password we sent you to something you choose. Yo can login on the same button "Login" here
  • The boring part is done

1. You’ll see a list of restaurants you can order from. Select a restaurant to view its menu, and select menu items to add to your shooping cart.

2 Select pickup or delivery and the day and time when you want to pick up your order or when you want it delivered, in case the restaurant offers the delivery option.

When you’re ready to check out, click “Proceed to checkout.”

  • Double check that your address and order are correct. Enter any special instructions for your order.
  • Choose your desired payment method and click “Place Your Order.”
  • You’ll receive an email confirming your order, and we’ll notify the restaurant to begin prepping your food. Easy!

Check your spam folder—it's possible your order confirmation wound up there. Keep in mind, it can take restaurants a few minutes to confirm they’ve received your order. If you have not received a confirmation email within 20 minutes of placing your order, send us an email and will look into it
It’s exactly the same as ordering for delivery, except the food doesn't come to you. Instead, the restaurant will have your order ready at the time you specified during the order, and you can grab it at your convenience. Please remember to have your order email handy when picking up your food. Please keep in mind that the restaurant will do it´s best to have your order ready for pick up during the time you wanted but this is not always possible.
You can use two payment methods:

  • Credit card payment. Not much to explain here, works like any online payment and allmost any credit card will work
  • Cash. Yo can pay with cash when the order arrives to you or whe going to pick it up. Again, self explanatory.(not available at the moment)


To cancel a pickup or delivery order, please call us as soon as possible. Make sure to call us right away, as we may not be able to cancel the order once the restaurant has made the food.
